Appears to be based on unsubstantiated facts such as "workplace bullying is responsible for the loss of over 17 million working days at a cost of £18 billion a year." Made up nonsense.
No option to speed play videos.
Poor appreciation of what harassment actually is and how this is conducted. The contents make sense however does not align with UK laws on harassment and what that means in terms of police action. May well be relevant and acceptable for business levels to get training and understanding on bullying more acknowledged but does not create/present the correct accurate picture/information.
I don't know how you expect people to do this in work time as this is far too long, far too repetitive and just unnecessary.

I feel this is something I would show if work related issues were happening and needed to be addressed.
Spent valuable work time going through the subject that isn't appropriate
I did want to do this, but i was told i had to do this. I think this was a waste of my time . H R should know all about B and H. Any problems with bullying or harassment, then i would call on H R.
