I am being bullied. The training course has been useful in clarifying my next steps. However, more examples of what bullying is and how very badly it affects people would have been useful in this training course. I find it very difficult to come to work sometimes and it is affecting my home life too. The bullying behaviour of some people appears to be part of their personality and therefore, they simply do not see that they are affecting others by their actions. So showing what is not acceptable would be useful for those people to see.
A good simple way of understanding what bullying and harassment is

The course gives a clear description about bullying and harassment and how to recognise different types of this. I enjoyed the course more than I thought I would.
