Very hard to complete these courses whilst in the Sales Office. They are almost impossible to do in one go due to various interruptions. When you have to complete in 3 or 4 sessions it is hard to recall what you have already listened to.
It was good and informative, I did learn a few things plus it was a good refresher. Only negative is I found the IT side a bit 'clunky' and overly worded, quite a simple course but looked more involved when I first logged in.

Good explanations of the terms, matter of fact with no fluffing up
A useful course and one that should be obligatory for all colleagues
The wording in some of the questions could be more direct and be more clear.
Have to take issue with one of the questions: There was a question something like: If the 'bully' thinks something is a a protected characteristic but it actually isn't, is this bullying or harassment. I think its bullying as thinking doesn't make something so. Although maybe I misinterpreted the question. 😊
