The only issues I had were tech issues with flipping between video slides there was a delay in each video speaker
It was clearly presented and easy to follow. The questions were on things already discussed. It was thought provoking, and having analysed the issue, the course suggested a strategy to deal with it, and encouraged implementation. It is of course a big subject , but as a starting point, the course was certainly valuable .
Subject explained well

Good training. Specially when we have people of many backgrounds, cultures, languages, religions, color and creed etc. working under the same roof. Some people purposely take advantage of these biases. Some are victims and some are offenders. This training will hopefully open the minds of all of us and make us more civilized humans and help us create a happy bright place to work where merit is awarded and all humans treated with respect.
Well presented with some interesting exercises, but I found much of the subject matter has been covered by previous training.
This training did a decent job at explaining unconscious bias, but it mainly ended up seeming like it tried to make it out as being bad in the least offensive way possible. It was very surface level and didn't reflect well on real life. Many of the ah-ha moments where they expected bias was obvious because there was missing information. It may have just been that I might just be in a better mindset than expected, but just didn't seem to go deep enough.
I understood the main concepts of the course well. I benefited from things which I came across for the first time and commit to apply at my work place from now on.
The training was very easy to understand however, the different bias examples was whizzed through quite quickly.
