The course is fine as an introduction, but most of it I could have read for myself and then completed the quiz in half the time.

It wasn't as bad as I thought, it uses a little bit of the psychology, on how we think, and if this makes us behave with kindness, understanding & acceptance towards each other then that is not a bad think. Although, I still believe in a 'gut instinct' about people/places is often right, unconscious bias or not.

I didn't like the way the questions were asked, worded made it hard to follow.

It was a good refresher on this topic.

Content was interesting but I found it very difficult to remember some of the terms used. I would have preferred training where there is much more active involvement when learning and I found myself nodding off a few times. I think this model of learning does not suit me.

This took a lot of concentration and was very word heavy and I felt the explanations of the various effects like Horne and halo etc needed more input as they were not explained clearly.
