the overall course was good very informative good examples, some of the videos could be clumped together to make them a couple of minutes each as it was very choppy and took a bit longer than the estimated time.

I really enjoyed this training, it covered lots of information but in an easy to follow way.

Even though I believe that I am not consciously bias the test does word some situations differently that you can easily be tripped up so you really have to think about your answer. Very good.

Clearly presented, easy to follow, plenty of new terminology to understand. Like the sporadic multiple choice questions to check understanding. This will make me think before I act.
Just couldn't change something I wanted to, it takes the first answer straight away.
Its amazing how many times we are biased based on past experiences and am happy that this course has pointed out that it is the unconscious mind that decides for us instead of the conscious mind, reminding me that i need to raise my awareness and challenge my biased judgements.
