Helpfully stressed in-built bias as natural, and awareness/self-challenge as the best way to over-come this when necessary. I liked the list of different kinds of bias... longer than I've seen elsewhere and useful for illustrating how pervasive and varied our biases can be

The course really made you sit and think about our unconscious bias. It is something we all do naturally but to learn to take the time to think about our opinions and judgments, and to see that they are out dated was very good.

All very good. Surprising to expose what one might know intuitively but not recognise. The run of descriptions for the various sorts of bias was far to fast to take in and will be "lost" for me in an hour or two. The ACT acronym was very useful, and often that's all one needs to action this. I did feel a resistance to not being allowed to have my biasses as so often others seem unable to give theirs up. Seeing this in myself made me decide to accept it so that I would not be one of those "others" who don't accept it.

This is a brilliant training course, it is quick and easy to use. It is highly recommended that all employees/managers should undertake this course across all organisations. Thank you.

A good overview and introduction. Interactive elements were useful. However I think that it is important to discuss the nuances of particular situations to unpick the way that unconscious bias is at work. However clearly this is not possible in an online module.
