I understood the main aspects of unconscious bias by the end of the course, however it wasn’t presented in the most interesting way. I would have preferred more interactive elements during the course to keep me interested and focussed rather than just a quiz at the end.
the course is very straight forward and gets you thinking about our unconscious habits and thoughts
This course made me take a look at my working practice and will help me in the future .
I can see how we make assumptions and how to change that
I learnt a new acronym and that pretty much it. The test was mostly common sense answers. If you get them wrong you can have another go at the exact same question. So as long as you remember your previous answers, you're going to pass.
