As per my previous feedback.
I have learnt a lot as to what causes falls. Although I had relatively good knowledge of what causes trips, slips and falls, my knowledge has now been massively improved. Thank you so much for such rich knowledge which I feel I have been empowered with.
A simple, clear and precise course. Easy to understand and follow, reminds you of the basics we all at sometime forget. Excellent course.

I was not expecting the course to be as good as it was, video presentations make it very good

GREAT PROGRAM TO REFRESH THE KNOWLEDGE
Clear and concise instruction, one suggestion, as most of these will be carried out in the workplace have an approximate time of how long each programme takes
The only issue I found was that I kept having to move the subtitle box to allow me to see the headings/captions
