Comprehensive easy to use course

This course covers all essential topics of slips, trips and fall hazards in the workplace, without being overly long. Useful videos as well as subtitles for those who can't use sound. Only negative was that one video didn't work in my session, but subtitles covered the information instead.

3/5
Good & easy course but way too long.

A lot of the information provided is common sense hence no need to go into much detail. in most cases anyone who has worked would have received some form of H&S training so maybe providing different training for experienced people would be useful. With the sessions being so long with no interaction, I did lose interest, which a shame because it I a good course.

Excellent very comprehensive

Very good, ability to revisit areas and undertake training in my own time was an advantage. I also liked the test which ensured I was thinking about all areas

5/5
Facts are good, statistics interesting

Quiz questions are written for the point of creating questions - unless I'm an H&S investigator, is it necessary to remember statistics about types of accident?

Easy to navigate and interesting

The course is easy to navigate, is interesting and engaging. Having the visuals enables the message to be digested more easily.

5/5
Easy to follow but a bit repetitive

Generally good and easy to follow. There were a couple of bits that were quite repetitive around the use of step ladders and ladders. Maybe it would be good to emphasise that the use of both is very similar, e.g. in the ladder section change wording so it includes 'as with step ladders, always try to maintain 3 points of contact'. It would re-enforce the message.I also found that during the test I had at least 1 question which had been used during the course checks. Might be worth ensuring that this can't happen.
