An excellent training, very well presented, very clearly , easy to follow , and at a perfect speed the information was given . Easy to remember the facts as the presenter made it very visible too. The test multiple choice format was very helpful too. I liked the fact that I could re take the test till I got all questions right. The Repetition at the end of each section re in forced the learning.

A basic straightforward course. Easy to follow and concise. Great for induction use.

Thought the videos were really informative and helped visualise the issues that arise at and around work. The quiz in between each section kept you thinking and the quiz at the end tested knowledge that was learnt very well.
