The presentation of this course is impeded by the white background, both for the presenter and written sections. This is hard on the eye and importantly, difficult for anyone who might be dyslexic, with or without "Irlen's Syndrome" This could be greatly improved by use of a coloured background. Some people benefit from different colours so the ability to choose a different colour background would be advantageous. I am not dyslexic but the white background has given me a headache.
Course seems to have improved and there are some different illustrations, which are better.

Preparation for lifts by checking route, really good reminder. Yes we used ladders over the weekend so was passing on the advice to my son. Very Practical
