Good training course, very clear and concise.

It may be just a general guide but sometimes you have to use a ladder for a lot longer than 30 minutes in a situation where no other equipment will work e.g. there is no space for scaffolding or access for a cherry picker.

it was good
As was mentioned in the video most of the content was common sense. However, there was a couple of points that were not commonly known and was very useful to know.
