Simple, good sense approach to raising awareness and giving practical advice on preventing slips, trips and falls.

Another example of the high standard iHasco product. Look and feel is crisp and fresh, sections are well-presented and progress logically. Simple to navigate and follow. Content clear and easy to follow and short sub-sections means that instead of pausing it is simple to re-run without losing too much time in revision, which also helps if wanting to re-run a section to refresh knowledge gained. The session can be completed in around 30 minutes which would be about right for the topics involved. Questions at the end are taken from a larger pool so never the same set shown consecutively. Overall a very good product for raising awareness and giving practical advice.

Well thought out and very instructive

A well prepared and clearly presented training course which covers all the necessary aspects of slips, trips and falls without being overly detailed and tied down with minutiae. The course content was easy to follow and the software was intuitive to use which allowed for more of the information to be taken in with few distractions.

I found this most helpful and very user frendly.

Very informative if not a little obvious.

I found the training interesting, even though we do have procedures in place to cover key aspects of the programme.

Very good quality, enabling the viewer to remain engaged throughout. .

Although subject may seem like one where people think they know all the answers, it has been presented in such a way that one learns some new facets that he/she can apply. It is presented so that it is not boring. The videos / grahics/ etc are well done. One minor comment is that one tends to go into the 2nd module first rather than the 1st as I believe the 2nd module is called something like "slips..." whereas 1st module is a more general topic if i remember. So when one gets to the end and is ready to do the test, th programme comes back and indicates not everything has been done - then the traineee realises that the 1st module was skipped. The other thing that was happening occasionally was a stoppage in the video but maybe that is more of an external issue.

The instruction deals sensibly and in a well structured manner with the subject. The commentator provides a clear description of the potential problems and dangers and seeks to explain them so that the risks are better understood. The graphics are clear and well put together so that interest is maintained and maximum clarity is achieved.

I think a lot of it in the real world is common sense. However, i do feel in the main people are sensible when dealing with slip and trip ha

I found the section for the steps and ladders very informative. The section on the slips and trips less so
