clear and easy to understand, test was simple after the training! each step was clear-cut! only issue i personally had was adjusting the volume on the training programme itself, if it hadn't of had the subtitles i would of had problems! but then i'm no wizz-kid on a computer! cheers gav

I found the programme easy to use as I have previously completed others in the range. It conveyed the required information clearly.

Easy simple instructions. Clear direction. Would like a 'pause' button to access during each session.

The layout and paragraphs were easy to take in - not too long or boring. I found the interactive nature to be engaging.

You carefully differentiate throughout your video, between steps, stepladders and ladders. Then in the test you ask .... ".....what proportion of major fall accidents involve ladders?" Given your 'correct' answer of 1/3, I suspect you are now counting 'all' types of steps/ladders, but this is not made clear, even given your earlier verbal statement which simply refers to 'ladders'. Generally though, I thought your presentation good.
