The course was really informative and I found the bite sized video presentations helped my concentration and understanding of the subject. It helped me to have visual and auditory information rather than reading the information which I find can present as difficult to complete. The questions at the end are multiple choice and so the whole exercise is one of positive learning.

Right idea. Too polite regarding these types of issues. It should focus more on explaining the impact to the recipient, and a reminder that we are all human. My rule is treat everyone as your mum/dad, brother/sister, future or current son/daughter. If anyone treated my family this way there would be repercussions.
