Very informative, but problem with test.

Very informative course. However, I couldn't complete the test as I got locked out of it part of the way through, when I went back to a section of the course to review some material. I couldn't get back into the text. It kept saying its "Locked".

Informative, supportive, helps awareness

A few details were a bit repetitive but it was helpful to work through the different scenarios and consolidate what sexual harassment entails. Offers solutions about how to deal with incidents and gives confidence to recipients about where support can come from.

4/5
Clear, simple, straightforward

Clear defintions, good use of video combined with additional documents in a separate area which was easy to access. Simple yet effective message - although I can see that for some confronting the harasser would be a significant challenge. Straightforward presentation with questions at the end to assess understanding.

Sexual Harassment Awareness Training

Enjoyed this course, it was very quick but I learnt a lot.

4/5
Fair and balanced, not patronising

I thought it was a good course. It's a difficult topic to do well, too. However, I thought it was too basic and I would have preferred more clarity on the grey areas rather than the trivially obvious stuff. When does a 'cause for concern' become worth bringing up with colleagues? When is it best to escalate to each more severe level? Stuff like that.

4/5
Clearly explained the main points

Clearly explained the main points without much repetition. Overall duration was about right, given the importance of this topic. Many of the multiple-choice questions were too easy (one obviously-correct answer and the rest obviously incorrect), so the overall duration of the course could be reduced (with no loss of quality) by removing these 'No Brainers' and just leaving the questions where some more understanding/thought/attention to the course material is required.

An interesting training program

A good training program in order to be aware of how preventing sexual harassment.

I found it clarified grey areas well

I found it clarified grey areas well and was educational although fairly brief. I thought there could have been more enacted case examples and scenarios. Such as how to handle a face to face situation calmly if confronting a colleague; manager or managers who is/are the harasser, or arrogant; dismissive; joking; blase; uncooperative;vindictive; bullying; threatening. What if the offense takes place once or twice a year and the perpetrator(s) are under the influence of alcohol such as at works parties. Although this was touched upon, how do you handle the informal approach if someone feels picked on or humiliated by a group or majority group of colleagues which includes managers ? Or what to do if you can't properly express/explain/describe why you feel offended because the cause is so subtle (that you can't put your finger on it?) or you would feel the odd-one-out and be ostracised for saying anything or speaking out within the culture.

4/5
Clear, easy to follow.

An easy to follow clear and concise course, with relevant examples to make the point. Also the course didn't take too long to complete without heavy content, allowing the essence of the training conveyed and therefore more likely to be remembered and prove helpful if needed in the future.
