I'm led to believe the link to in training course is inappropriate as it directs to a RA Template that I am told by Nelia is not used by the business. Raised to Nelia who advised she will query with Kate. Otherwise general content of course good and I would have given 4 stars.
Be nice to have a real course with real people

I'm a classroom teacher most of this is boring, repetitive and not immediately relevant. The 'TEST' is particularly patronizing! What's the order of this or that hierarchy? Do you know the technical word for X Multiple guess where mostly the correct answer is patently obvious and makes you reflect why have I just wasted an hour listening to this.
