When moving through the training section I had to constantly go back to see the next step because the progress arrow passed by the remaining steps, I still managed to miss some information effecting my final score. (for instance the question on what is a hazard bleach or fume? I don't know where this information was presented.
Server connection could not be made at the end of the test and I could not print a certificate
found that some of the questions in the test are not stated in the first sections of training ,as I took all notes given and as these questions were not in the notes a best personal guess was required .i.e this causes some incorrect answers
Very monotonous and not clear on sub sections that need completing. I had to go back and do lots again because I accidentally clicked NEXT thinking it had finished.
Struggled with the way the videos loaded. Presenter would constantly stop mid sentence, while it caught up loading the video. This could be solved by pausing the video until it had loaded fully each time but this soon became very tedious and meant the whole process took even longer, as there are so many separate videos.Given how straight forward the test was, I would rather have just read a leaflet on the subject first, or just taken the test to begin with and repeated it if I had failed it. Instead you had to sit through every video, including some that I had to watch twice as I had already watched them during a previous session, but could not find where I had left it last time.Next time I will make sure that I have enough time to do the whole thing in one go. May have been ok if I had a better/ faster internet connection, I don't know.
I have already done this review twice before and I was sent the H&S for Managers review twice as well. Something needs a tidy up. The content is fine, though the lack of interaction makes it dull and I'm sure means you don't learn as fast as you could and/or people will skip through the slides.
I have already done a review of this programme.
slightly boring but yet educational
Although having a question at the end of each section checked I had watched the videos, interactive choices throughout would aid understanding better, and keep the watcher engaged.
In general rather simplistic
