Aside from the horrible mini-video format, the information is presented quite patronisingly.

It covered the information required but needed more graphics and images to hold the attention. Most of it is one man talking to camera, an annoying way of delivering training in this day and age when so many visual resources are available.

Learning like a parrot to regurgitate the correct terminology to answer the questions isn’t my favourite way to “learn”.
Some people prefer to just read the transcript, rather than sit through the video which is presented at a very low pace. I don't understand why it is impossible to skip or navigate to the end of the video as necessary to accompany reading the transcript (e.g., risk assessment matrix). This is very cumbersome.
Whilst presented in easy to understand form, I did not feel that this course was particularly relevant to my role.
A difficult watch, as it was quite boring in its presentation
A lot of talking, would have preferred more balanced talking and reading.
Very poor and this doesn't not make identifying the servility of hazard levels any easier.
