Good overall content. Clearly explained. Worked in many different roles where there is a lack of managerial support or willingness to communicate on issues arising . Perhaps info on how to proceed in such instances could be included.
A good way to learn, videos was short and sweet the information provided was what you needed to know. Test was a perfect test.

Content seemed fine but continuously "buffered" during the course and had to quit part way through and then complete on another day.
When should you review a risk ASSESSMENT, answer yearly, if something changes or there has been an incident. Not continually, the risks should be monitored continually, not the risk assessment
