Quite long - does not need to be this long and content quite boring. People do not need it to be this long.

A very common sense course. A bit too basic and not specific enough for my needs, though. Not easy enough to launch the example risk assessment.

It looked a good course. However when I logged in there was no sound from the on screen Trainer. As I was under pressure from my employer to complete by the end of the month I wanted to complete the course this evening (due to other commitments) therefore I had to use the subtitles which made the concentration very difficult indeed. Perhaps you can have a look at this. The sound on my computer was working okay on the previous two online courses completed immediately before this one. Many thanks. Otherwise I would have given it a four star.

Why not provide the course content in a more accessible format, e.g. PDF??

Course too easy, was able to score 95% without going through tutorial. This course is being used as a cheap substitute.

Very long winded, not appropriate to my employment, found it difficult to concentrate at a computer in a shared room where people were whistling, shouting, chatting, Whatever happened to face to face training with a tutor and a group where you are able to offer views and have things explained to you thoroughly?

I found the hierarchy section very useful as a refresher to training received when I worked in the chemical industry many years ago.

This training was both time consuming, stated many obvious things and then attempted to complicate the obvious to explain it's points. This is the exact opposite of what a risk assessment should be. I would not recommend this training.

Found the programme a bit long anf boring but still informative.
