half an hour of my life I'll never get back
Pitched at a very low level, at one point the presenter kindly clarified employees as "people who work for you", which was very helpful. No case studies, examples of mis-managed risks or well managed risks. Minimal mention of HSE powers. Generic and completely uninteresting.
My part time role in employment does not require me to do this. I will never be advanced to a full time role or higher level within the college because I am not a Welsh speaker. Inappropriate

Forcing everyone to watch all the videos is a really bad structure. Those of us that prefer to read the scripts - if we need the information - don't learn any better. We just start ignoring them and waiting for the button to go green. Put the test in the programme twice - before to see if the course is needed, and after if it is failed first time.
All of these courses are frustrating. They go at the pace of the verbal presenter. I can easily read the transcript much faster and obtain the same information. Please set the timeout per page to 30 seconds. This is very frustrating for courses that I have taken multiple times like this one.
