sometimes confusing

It would be better to be able to watch the video at double speed or simply read the script rather than going through it all at regular speed. As these are courses which people need to take regularly there is very little that requires full attention, and having to go through all of it meant I did not feel I had time to focus on the parts I needed to.

Felt a bit too specialist, i.e. for roles involved substantively with health and safety, not general, day to day awareness. Not sure that this is necessary for those not directly involved with risk assessments. A more basic summary could have been more appropriate. Content doesn't prepare you for some of the test questions. Some of the questions felt a bit 'curve ball'.

Not enough emphasis on the actual Risk Assessment and the information needed. This was left to a "free trial" online tool and there was not enough detail... and you could just skip the whole thing. Outside of the practical application, this course serves as a useful summary of why we do it, and not so much the HOW we do it.

Well presented, but painfully needless presentation. "If you are going to work in an environment, firstly check the risks" ...... Getaway!!!!! It's a little bit like saying "If you are going to put your head in a crocodiles mouth, this could be dangerous!!!" Couldn't we have a training session that teaches us something we don't know? The presentation itself is very good, with the presenter clearly explaining things. But please give me something that is not brutally obvious.

Does the job but really difficult to hold attention. Maybe few more vibrant visual aids?

The course kept crashing then during the test it crashed 3 times, the last time it crashed it came up with the wrong answer, I still passed but it was annoying...
