I enjoyed completing the course. I think the information can prove very useful. Mental Health is a serious and important topic. The more people who are aware of the issues and what they can do the better. The male and female narrating the course were a bit annoying at times. The sound quality wasn't great. I enjoyed completing the test. The additional information packs were useful.
This was a very good overview of mental health.I have one point to raise - not sure why people aren't signposted to prayer and meditation, along with yoga and other eastern techniques. Prayer changes lives.
brings important aspect of heath and welfare to forefront - from both personal and workplace perspectives
The course was interesting but mostly common sense, the test was also very easy with most of the answers being obvious, didnt really need to think about it.
A very good summery of topic, offering examples and tools to help with mental health
A good general course allowing the user to identify some key elements of good and bad mental health.
Could do with more specifics on websites to use?
As a mental health first aider, it confirmed my previous training and refreshed some key points to help others
I was interested in the real connection between physical and emotional health and also how to encourage positive thinking to change outcomes.
Could have done with more people doing individual topics
