Good content but a little bit simplistic

This course was informative but maybe a little bit simplistic. It would be beneficial to employees to recognise the outward behaviour of friends/family/colleagues and know how best to handle the situation if faced with it. Those that suffer with depression/anxiety and other mental health issues may appear standoffish, rude, dismissive of people, when that is not what mean at all. Sufferers may also be overly exuberant at times and that can be equally tough to deal with. Otherwise, this was a good course!

A good refresher

Covers key points and gets the message across

An important topic to cover.

I appreciate there is a lot of content in this topic which needs to be highlighted and discussed, especially during these unprecedented times. If possible, could this session be split in two as I felt there was a lot of relevant information to take in and it might be easier to retain in a smaller package.

An interesting training program

A good training program for everyone !

Well presented course

I feel that this course could have expanded on some more of the issues regarding mental health and sign posting some of the issues which exacerbate stress / depression.

Re assuring to talk about MH

I found the course quite informative and re affirming in that it's ok to have mental health problems. I appreciated the effective and practical advice. CBT's basic premise of re-programming negative or non constructive thought patterns with positive affirmations is interesting in itself but it was good to hear the reason why it can re train your subconscious reflexes! However I thought that perhaps the idea of setting little goals for yourself in order to feel a sense of achievement upon completion was not quite correct and contradicts the basis of Mindfulness. Shouldn't you have said that we must learn to get the positives from process and not be so goal oriented? The journey is as important. Achieving the goal is a fleeting experience.
