4/5
Really interesting and thought provoking

very good and well explained but missing one of the biggest mental health issues for women-the Menopause

4/5
Informative but slow

Covers mental health at work and how you can, and mental health in general but is very slow paced. It needs to have an option to listen at a faster speed.

4/5
Working towards reducing the stigma

A short course which works well towards reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. Easy to access and read extra resources allow further reading of the topics of interest. Some practical and easy to follow exercises.

4/5
Informative but too much 'stop/start'

Enjoyed the information that was shared but thought there were too many stop/starts. Would retain attention easier with the same information but with less breaks.

4/5
Helpful. Found stress image stressful.

Helpful to learn and remember things regarding Mental health. well presented. I struggle with my mental health and am currently working through some of the things mentioned on the course. The one thing I found tricky was the part where it was talking about stress, I found it too stressful to look at the moving scribble image so I had to look away from the image at that point (apparently a good representation of stress!). otherwise, as mentioned, very helpful.

4/5
Bite size and informative

I enjoyed the course. It breaks the subject(s) up into easy to absorb snippets and also provides additional information.

4/5
Good content

Content was very good but couldn't download the breathing tool and the MH First Aid Awareness information.

4/5
Interesting questions

Good course

4/5
Great simple to follow

It is very easy to follow training which is very clear. Just feel the bit about eating healthily is a common knowledge and could trigger someone with an eating disorder. Apart from that all good.
