I can see it being useful for a lot of people but I don't have any of these problems as I am very happy in my work and private life.also I'm always nice to everyone.
At the end part before the test I strongly disagreed with you promoting alternative therapies as legitimate treatments for people suffering with poor mental health , hopefully the reasons for this are very obvious.
Very basic, not at all insightful, some things actively unhelpul in my opinion (eg 'suffering in silence is not a brave choice' - i cant see how this course would benefit anyone.
I founds its approach and attitude to the relationship between work and mental health odd and discomforting. Otherwise a fine and well laid out course and test. I did not enjoy taking this course.

This course is beyond demeaning, it treats us like we are simpletons and explains everything as if it was intended for a child. This is yet another example of everything that is currently wrong with the UK and its soft snowflake population. I do not need or want a stupid video telling me how to control my own thoughts and be happy.
As someone who suffers with mental health, using childish animations feels patronising to say the least. There is very little on what you can do to help someone else, it seems very egocentric. If i'm having a bout of depression, the answers provided in here sound clichéd and would infuriate me more, rather than actually help in any way

This training should be aimed at management, as they are the ones who don't care about those below them and need to be made aware of their employees mental health and not the other way around.
