It was good to let people know what's it about as I suffer with it for most of my life I have good days and bad days and feeling like I deal with it my self can make things worse but this course is good to let people know how to deal with it

This course is clear concise reaches all levels and makes it clear what the early warning signs are. Signposting to external resource is helpful and it could be great if these were emailed to all who complete the course also as a guide as some staff do not look at this material. Thanks for the course, it was great and I am sure will make a difference to others.
