I felt the clear explanation of how your back is effective by showing the clear movements good and bad focused the mind throughout the training. Short sections kept attention good and provoked thought into own job role.
Concise questions. Great videos with clear demonstration of subject matter . Time limit was excellent, which made taking information in on the subject understandable.
