It's very useful training it give me a lot of information which I didn't realise and learn how to work safely move heavy items either by lifting, carrying, lowering, pushing or pulling them. It is within the best interests of employees and employers to carry out this kind of training to minimise the risk of injuries resulting in absences.

This is a good course, and is easy to understand the concept of each section. It was simple to grasp and there wasn't a lot of information bombarding you all the time.
