This is a very good way of updating training, although the videos could be set out longer and more together rather than loads of short videos. Also should be a option to only select certain videos to watch.

Good techniques and quick to go through. It would be good to have more info on good posture when standing and sitting and how to practice it in daily life.

The training was logical with the correct amount of repetition to reinforce learning. Videos an information were engaging.
The manual handling course was very well explained with some interesting facts and charts to print off for use in the workshop
It was very helpful and I especially liked the visuals, so easy to follow and very good information for daily life.
Generally thorough and easy to follow. I would say it comes across a bit easy, though.
