Good course easy to understand and very helpful
Appropiate for lifting techniques. Will use in my position for any type of lifting, and handling of any objects.
I can only assume that due to a technical hitch, the video streaming would only partially play which resulting in having to read all of the subtitles to complete the course. On at least one element the video failed to play completely. Generally the course content was acceptable.

A really useful, thought provoking course in relation to making healthy choices at work and home in relation to reducing the risk of injury around moving objects, large or small.
The course is very easy to follow with good content and visual examples.
User friendly and I like the fact you can pick up where you left off.
It was excellent Manual Handling Course. Very easy to follow and the option to go back if you missed anything or just wanted to review it again was great. Everything was very well explained, concise and relevant information was relayed. I enjoyed doing the Training.
