good information within the programme, i felt i learnt from the useful tips and the facts too; however it is long winded and the voices used are dull, don't really inspire you to listen to what they're saying. the test at the end, summed it up well and brought out the useful tips previously showed.
the information given was clear and easy to understand however there were some elements that were too long in terms of verbal delivery and could have benefitted from more computer interaction
I found this a concise and user-friendly course where I learnt some relevant facts.
The programme was quite goood and explained the basics
ANNOYING WHEEN THE VIDEO DOES NOT FULLY LOAD AND IT STOPS MID WAY.
A bullett point summary at the end of each section would be useful.
The course was fairly useful in propting me to think about using common sence when lifting objects. However, some of the intro videos were far to long and didn't really make any useful contribution. It was also inclinded to state the blindingly obvious, 'This is your neck, it holds up your head and allows it to move up and down'... really!
Interesting, but knowing the difference between sprain and strain, is this relevant to lifting!!!! Apart from that in the test, very informative
I though it did not need the video that had the the 2 females describing how they got back pain ect, would of had the same impact without it.
Alot of this was common sense to me, but I did learn a few medical facts, which was good,It has been helpful in that I can observe others and knowingly advize.and suggest.. Every client is different in their needs and I never feel pressurised into anything pyhsically difficult, but it was good to get a few more hints and advice.
