Pretty basic; more of an introduction to

Anxiety can of course be a very complex behaviour to manage - it feels like this course is barely scratching the surface with oversimplifications that could leave you thinking things such as "mindfulness is just about breathing". There should probably be more emphasis on recommending finding a medical professional if anxiety is impacting your day-to-day activities. That said, the advice given is all good just don't expect to come away with a full toolkit for managing anxiety!

Thought provoking course

In todays world that has become so fast paced and pressured, it is vital to recognise the stress that can impact on ones health and how anxiety can spiral out of control if not properly managed. We are after all only human.
