Try always not to be so anxious about everything you do
Learned alot from this topic on how to deal with Anxiety.
There's a couple of good ideas that I will try to keep in mind. I'll definitely share these with others too.

Following on from previous group meets this was a welcome break with updates. Wasnt too long and the test in the end was easy enough so.

Anxiety can of course be a very complex behaviour to manage - it feels like this course is barely scratching the surface with oversimplifications that could leave you thinking things such as "mindfulness is just about breathing". There should probably be more emphasis on recommending finding a medical professional if anxiety is impacting your day-to-day activities. That said, the advice given is all good just don't expect to come away with a full toolkit for managing anxiety!
In todays world that has become so fast paced and pressured, it is vital to recognise the stress that can impact on ones health and how anxiety can spiral out of control if not properly managed. We are after all only human.
