The content was great in providing an overview of the subject of lone working. My only criticism is the format of the training as if I were to go back a slide to access one of the handouts I would need to rewatch the whole segment.

Provides clear guidance on when to trust your instincts which is helpful in ensuring that employees know they don't need to second guess when it counts. Think it would be useful to have a visual reminder of checks for lone visits to both occupied and void properties and common areas. Perhaps cards with key checks.

Frustrating as I had to do a whole section again that I had already done and no ability to fast forward. Content was good and videos are good

It was a good course, but it is a little long winded, especially when you have completed it before, the renewals should be different.

As an update course could have been more succinct. Presenter was less than engaging
