A bit long winded
There were some interesting ideas but most were not relevant to my 'Lone volunteering' roles. I am probably the only person who completed this course who does NOT own a 'smart' phone. If this last statement is untrue then most of the safety features are completely useless.
I dont see the need to provide trick questions at the end - example i got first aid box wrong , all employers provide first aid boxes and dont assess your needs , your answer is the other way around
Just felt the course was slightly long for what it was.
Very comprehensive but stemmed very long
This is probably one of the longest online courses I've done yet! No wonder we were told to have a couple of breaks. I appreciate there is a lot to cover but by the end of it, I resented the instructor!
There was a lot of generalisation which made the course time consuming and certain parts totally irrelevant such as taking cabs and cycling to appointments. I would prefer a course more specific to my role and actual working environment - I read the policy and looked at viewbuddy.

I do not think you should advise everyone to practice mindfulness on public transport. 1) most people don't know what it actually is or means and it is just a current method that is popular to throw into anything 2) it is not suitable for everyone 3) it is not a technique for being present and aware of risk but more about mediation and self. The advise to make a lot of noise when need to attract attention to get help may escalate someone's aggression especially if they are very anxious or under influence of drugs. Also there is a typo 'complancy' I think must meet complacency. However, pace and delivery of this module is much better than some others and much more engaging.
Was ok, knew it all already.
