Working in retail staff I don't need to understand using a ladder under electrical wires or how to get on top of a roof.

Fair course ---- but greatly improved if a synopsis & simple table of how many rungs from the top for safety were to be provided !
A lot of it is obvious but expecting people to remember the number of runs yo avaoin 2, 3, 4 is not really on!
Could have cover some more situation of using a ladder and securing a ladder. Questions at the end where poor. I have done several of these courses now and recognise a patter with questions. 3/5 questions easy 1/5 hardish 1/5 poor with possible two answer out of three arguable right but only one mark right. The cynical side of me interprets this as generally making it easier for idiots to gain a pass but a few tricks to stop too many people scouring 100%.

Too much info about ladders not relevant and used in our role. Some of the videos cut off before he has finished speaking and some of his info is missed

insufficient information regarding the Ladder tags. Who is responsible for completing the tag checks, what level of training is required? Who is documenting and keeping an asset list for all ladders.
