A useful training course, whether in personal, volunteering or work situations.
I have found the information given in this training course clear, practical and easy to remember. Not only have I remembered salient details for my own use, but when sitting in a bar recently when a member of staff was putting up decorations, we were able to see, check and improve the state of the step ladder being used. We laughed about the 'Ladder Safety Training' we had all done, but I am sure that our conversation helped to avoid an accident!
