Informative and easy to follow, maybe some gaps to allow you to take notes or digest the info as you go along. I was unable to print a certificate but I would like one please, Thank you.
A good refresher exercise.
In some situations where ladders are used ie back gardens,lifting and ladder placement as shown in videos is not possible

Its clear and simple. easy to understand. Only annoying is If I make one or two mistakes in the test I cant redo test only to spend another half hour listening it.

The course was very clear and useful. However, there were a few problems when doing the test - when offered the chance to review sections relating to questions I had got wrong by clicking the link provided, I received an error message instead of being taken to the correct section of the course.
