As a QHSSE Consultant I would suggest including a slide on the danger and damage caused by falling objects if a colleague is footing the ladder and ensure he or she is wearing a hard hat.
this is a new subject to me and found the slides changed too quickly to process information and had to reply the clips.
I feel there should be more emphasis on the detailed regular inspections ie, every 3, 6 or 12 months dependant on frequency of use and that such inspections are carried out by a competent and trained person, ie has completed ladder inspection training these is reflected in LA455 and The Ladder Associations Code of Practice guidance documents.
Didn't think it's much use for kitchen work as we are only allowed to clean head height reach
Using ladder is dangerous in single person.always need a another supporter to protect the person who works on a ladder.this section helps to us to maintain the safe situation whhile on working on a ladder.
Very informative, more to ladder safety than I thought , some tricky questions in the exam

It was good but haven’t yet seen any ladders in the workplace
The level of content is useful as an introductory course, in preparation for a further level course. In itself it would not be considered as providing a level of competency for anyone using ladders. Perhaps a little more in depth with respect to demonstrating the checks to be made and how they should be made and something about record keeping such as Ladder Log.
