Easy test after the explanation
Hi, with many years working on the BT network from being an engineer to training engineers, the one thing you are taught is to never carry ladders with your arm through the rungs, as if you trip you can break your arm, instead you support the ladders on your shoulder with one hand on the bottom stile and the other on the top, and if you trip you will naturally throw the ladders away from yourself. hope this helps.
