90% of it is just patronising eg how to lift something in the middle!
If i were to follow the rules on this course i would be removed/thrown of site. Never carry a ladder on your shoulder it should be held at arms length below your waist. Also never mark, tape or paint a ladder as it could cover up any defects in the structure and would be unseen.
i dont rate online courses at all, you have no idea how many times i took the exam, and how many times i failed it, or took pictures of the right answers when i got them wrong. if i actually watched the presentations or if i set them to play and walked away to do something. and if i did do the course as you wanted it to be done, there was no one to ask any important questions that i had.
I do not use ladders at all in my position, not relevant at all.

good information on certain ladders, but there was no mention of the ladders that we actually use so I think this is a poorly chosen course for our needs.

45 minutes to explain how to use a ladder (basic course) is far too long.
