Food Hygiene Level 3 Training Course Reviews

Found the course to have basic information compared to previous food safety courses i have completed. Also in the exam some of the questions that were asked were not mentioned in the presentations which meant i had to guess the answer and got them incorrect. 1 question was confusing as they talked about cooking at 72 for 2 mins in the presentations but the legal requirement guide states 75 for 2 mins in the guidance notes

I am aTA and I think this course is too involved for the kind of food preparation etc that I will do. Level 2 is probably enough.

Test is really hard very difficult to remember all in one go

Get rid of the timer so you dont have to waste time lol

I think it was too long as there was a lot of info to take on board. I would suggest splitting it into 2 sessions. It would be more beneficial and would be easier to reinforce learning. Content was good but I have given it three stars due to content overload.

The content was good and to the point and allocated time was given for the main bulk of the course. What is not factored is the extra time needed to download and read the extra resources, which has made the course even longer to do.

Found that although you can jump back on the course sometimes I would go back a few slides when this happens 4 or five times over 66 slides it gets really annoying

It seems to contain a lot of items that are covered in other courses - ie HACCP, the food safety level 1 information etc. Is there a way this could be streamlined?

twice in that test i clicked the wrong answer by mistake. it could be avoided buy having a submit button
