I found this a pale comparison to the 3 day actual course which I have attended twice before...
Had to keep repeating the whole section after I looked at additional material.
I felt that the correct answer should be provided when completing the test. Also, this certificate requires renewal in 12 months, where as other Level 3 training I have completed has been for 3 years ?
Didn't feel as in depth or detailed as other L3 Food Hygiene courses I've done. The inclusion of L1 & 2 content made it very monotonous to sit through as this is content I've done hundreds of times before and sapped my concentration.
