Not to sure about this one, normally last 2 years this one only a year?
The course content was good and at a good pace, however, the test at the end had around 6-8 odd questions that were phrased inaccurately or ambiguous making some almost impossible to answer
The course is too long and the exams is very very difficult.Remember not all your workers are educated so please bring it down a little.

I did this course for level 3 and al information about this was not in video format but on files that needed to be downloaded and read separately, this is not very engaging
The course is too commercial / catering focussed which creates ambiguity. Multiple questions have different answers in manufacturing, e.g. HACCP operation checks (manager/team leader industry, frequency review (minimum annually, always upon an ingredient/machinery/process change), meat & fish waste disposal (not refrigerated prior to collection in industry !) etc. I suggest a course review whereby one is commercial and second for manufacturing using industry diagrams.
I find with many of these training courses that there are to many videos. When I see that there are 66 slides to a course I am already dreading the length of which I have to sit and watch. Some videos I find can be put into each other.
Just done level 2 training and level 3 has all the same videos in except more. Pointless having the same content in
