I found the test a bit simplistic

have to do this for my job, so I found it useful for both my job and home knowledge.

Useful to be able to refresh sections if needed.

The program kept freezing so many of the sessions had to be skipped. Please check it is working properly. Thanks

the videos were helpful and clearly explained in a visual way concepts related to food safety and hygiene; also, the questions were well proportioned to the content of the on-line course. I would put an option for which the learner can review their answer before submitting the whole test, as it is easy to click by mistake on one or more answers and this can compromise the final scoring. The candidate may also just want to have a look at the whole answers given before submitting.

I think we could have completed the course individually on line without having to travel to the venue.

Time taken underestimated, more like 1hr 20mins.

Very good level of detail and explanation. Clear and well presented.

The programme is delivered at a good pace without taking up a lot of time. It is explained thoroughly and is easy tounderstand.

Would have preferred less video content and more personal teaching - but our questions were answered.
