I got a question wrong about food preparation, when the answer was skin infection, and i put cramps, but you should not be preparing food if you have stomach cramps , realisticly you should not be preparing food with either.

Presentation is clear and comprehensive

All the relevant areas are covered fully and the ability to re-take the test until a suitable pass rate has been achieved is a very useful revision and knowledge consolidation method (especially the fact that questions vary slightly with each attempt).

The program kept freezing so many of the sessions had to be skipped. Please check it is working properly. Thanks

a good, simple and useful guide

the videos were helpful and clearly explained in a visual way concepts related to food safety and hygiene; also, the questions were well proportioned to the content of the on-line course. I would put an option for which the learner can review their answer before submitting the whole test, as it is easy to click by mistake on one or more answers and this can compromise the final scoring. The candidate may also just want to have a look at the whole answers given before submitting.

It was OK

I think we could have completed the course individually on line without having to travel to the venue.
