I think we could have completed the course individually on line without having to travel to the venue.
Time taken underestimated, more like 1hr 20mins.

The course cover wide area the principles of food hygiene such as food poisoning, cleaning, health & safety, safe food handling, legislation, HACCP, food safety and more.
The information was good however how it was delivered was not so. The tone of the mans voice and the length of the video made staying focused hard.
Easy to use, attention holding, non-tedious.
