Easy course to listen to and follow.

A good course for getting a certificate. I started in the food industry in 1975 and do feel that in basic food safety training we spend to much time worrying about things like the different forms of food poisoning and not enough on simple basics. For example a used cloth is "dirty" even if doesn't look it, hanging it over a work service to dry is just spreading contamination. In many cases certain food handlers need a more practical type of training.

Very informative, quite quick

It was informative and didn't take too long. Could have had a couple more interactive exercises to break things up a bit.

Please provide a certificate. Thank you

I would like to have a certificate at the end of the course.

4/5
covered all areas required.

what would make it better is having the questions for each video after each video so that when you get to the end you are all done.

4/5
shorten the video section

i think the course would benefit from a shorted video section as i began to lose intrest towards the end, although i did manage to get 85%.

The course is great for purpose

The course is vital for all individual working in care settings, food production or processing environment and even in our homes. Receiving training is essential to learn about food hygiene and to minimise contamination.

This course is good

The course is good but some of the pages wouldn’t fit on my phone screen.

4/5
no word

This course was short and easy to understand with video and questions.

4/5
Detailed and straightforward

Love that you included a transcript as well as a video for those of us who are visual learners, it was informative and well structured. Maybe a tad more challenging

4/5
Clear written information.

Although the written information was concise the clips sometimes missed out words as though there was a blip that rushed on areas of the presentation.
