It was an easy good course they only negative I would say is how long it takes to complete but overall is okay

I enjoyed the course and like how it's straight to the point, however thought it could have some more interaction parts.

Quite a long course, but the ability to stop and restart makes it easier to complete and not so time-consuming. The speaker is concise and the information useful, although a lot of it is common sense, and some of the later parts wouldn't apply to a small Tea Shop. One question at the end confused me..............what does HACP stand for?..............I reran this part of the course a couple of times, and still couldn't find any reference to it.
